The challenge
A multi-branch retail chain was struggling with slow checkouts, daily cash reconciliation, and no visibility across branches. Sales data lived in spreadsheets and stock was often out of sync.
The solution
We designed and delivered a custom point-of-sale system with product management, M-Pesa and card payment capture, receipt printing, and a central dashboard so management could see sales, stock, and cash across every branch in real time. The system works offline-first, so branches keep selling even when connectivity drops.
